 Palmer Signs & Graphics provide their service to you on the following terms and
conditions. Placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
- All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of Australian Goods and Service Tax.
- You have familiarised yourself with our delivery information and returns policy.
- The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied or
otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted.
Deliveries
 We are able to deliver anywhere within Australia. Delivery
for packages under 20kg incurs a $11 freight
charge within the Perth metropolitan area. For packages over 20kg, we will
contact you with a quote for delivery charges. Country prices are based on
individual needs.
In the unlikely event of your order not being delivered or received within the
specified timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can
investigate and rectify the problem.
Cancellation

Please note that purchases cannot be cancelled after payment has been received.
We will not be able to give you any refund if cancelled on the day of dispatch
as the items will already be on the way. Please contact us if you have any
queries about this matter.

Although this is the "Age of the Internet", many people are still worried about
trading over the internet. We can assure you that we have done everything
possible to protect your details while purchasing products from us.
Privacy Policy

Once you have purchased an item from the online store, your details will be
recorded on our database. This database is for our delivery department, and your
convenience upon returning to our shop. We will not sell, trade or rent
information from this database, and if in future we use this information for any
promotions, you will be given the option of being excluded.
